GREEN Chutney:-
Taste greet with idly, dosa and paniyaram.
For Chutney:-
FriedGram - 1 Handful
Greenchillies - 2
Garlic - 1 pod pounded
Tamarind - a small grape sized
Coconut - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup
Corriander leaves - 3 sticks
Salt - To taste
For Tadka:-
Oil- 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 5-6 leaves
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Method:-
1) Grind togther all the ingrediants for the chutney to a smooth paste along with the salt and little water.
2) Do the tadka and add it to the chutney.
