Masala Mushroom
I made masala mushroom in a very simple way. I used canned mushrooms. It's just a dry curry and quick fix meal at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
Mushrooms(chopped) 2 cups
Onions 2
Chilli powder 1 tea spn
Garam masala 1/2 tea spn
Salt to taste
Oil 2 teaspoon

cumin seeds 1 tsp
curry leaves few (optional)
Coriander leaves few
Method:
Heat oil in a pan.Brown cumin seeds, add curry leaves and fry onion till slightly brownish. Then add mushrooms, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle some water if necessary. Add all the masala and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. Serves for 2 persons.
